Yes, warranty is available on overseas products. You will need to show a copy of the bill at our service centre.
6. Where is the best place to put my main speakers in my room?
Correct speaker placement leads to the best sounding bass and the best imaging. It is generally a good idea to keep speakers 4-6' away from side walls to minimize early reflections. Those reflections upset the tonal balance of the speaker. In general, placing a speaker closer to a corner or back wall will produce more bass. Raising a speaker off of the floor (such as putting it on a stand) will reduce bass.
7. How do I know which speakers to choose for my room?
It depends on the type of volume level you maybe want to listen......Concert levels? Larger 2.0 bookshelves would be a suggestion. Small room at moderate levels, 2.1 speaker should be fine. Movie? You may consider to choose a 5.1 theatre system.
8. I'm not getting any sound out of the subwoofer. What should I check?
Unplug the system to allow the subwoofer to “reset.” Also, test the speaker using another device. You can plug one end of an audio cable (you may need a RCA female to Mini-plug male adaptor) into the headphone output jack of devices such as a portable CD player or MP3 player; plug the other into either ‘line in’ RCA jacks on the sub to determine if the problem is with the subwoofer or the soundcard drivers..

  • c) Make sure that the connection between the audio source and speakers are secured properly and that the cables and connecters are in good condition and free of damage and corrosion.
  • d) If only one of your speakers sounds distorted, it may be defective, or the cable or connector may be bad. Try connecting that speaker to the subwoofer using the other speaker's connection and test it.
10. I cannot hear audio from any of the speakers in my speaker system, what should I do?
  • a) Make sure that the unit has power. If the speaker system doesn't appear to have power, try plugging it into another AC outlet.
  • b) Make sure that all of the connectors are seated securely, and that the cables are in good condition.
  • c) Securely connect the audio source to the speakers and make sure that it's supplying the speaker system with audio. You can also try the source with another set of speakers, or try a different source. You may also want to check the source's volume if it has volume controls.
  • d) Try using a different cable to eliminate the current cable as the issue.
  • e) If you've connected your speakers to a computer, check the sound output settings and make sure that the correct output is selected. Refer to your computer's support documentation for additional help.

11. Should I play my speakers with the grilles off for better sound?
There are many factors that have an effect on the way a speaker sounds besides how it is designed. Room acoustics and speaker placement are definitely two of the biggest variables that change the in-room sound. One of the other factors that can change a speaker's sound is its grille. The placement of a fabric or metal grille in front of a speaker can affect high frequency response and imaging. Your ears will tell you which sounds the best: grilles on or grilles off. Remember that speaker grills also serve to protect the delicate drivers in your speakers, so if you have curious pets or young children, it may be best to leave the speaker grilles on at all times.
12. I’m experiencing a humming or buzzing noise. What should I check?
It is normal while put your speaker closely with your PC and noise gone while put away.
13. Why speaker works differently (less sound output/low quality output ) with some DVD players/Mobile phones like Nokia 3110?
Different source has different output level. DVD is highest around 2V and Mobile phone normally smaller. It means that DVD can give bigger audio signal to the speaker so that speaker can deliver more loud sound.
14. What is Fenda AVR technology and what it can help?
Fenda AVR technology stands for Automatic Voltage Regulator. In case of voltage variations occurs, it can adjust internal to protect your speaker without any damage. Fenda AVR technology covers voltage from 180~270V. So, do not worry voltage variation any more.
15. Do high RMS figure mean good sound?
No. As sound is very subjective, different people have different taste. It does not make sense to judge sound quality by figure. Recommend to listen speaker itself to judge the sound by yourself.
Also, RMS figure can be measured under different test condition so that even same speaker will have different RMS under another test condition.
